Service Description

A specialized service designed to remove the fine dust, debris, and residue left behind after renovations, remodeling, or new construction. This service goes far beyond a standard or deep clean and focuses on detailed dust removal, surface polishing, and preparing the home for move‑in or final presentation. Deposit Only — Final Price Determined After Walkthrough This service requires a non‑refundable booking deposit. The deposit is applied to your final total. Final pricing varies based on home size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and overall condition. Your total will be confirmed after a walkthrough and agreed upon before service begins.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit: A non‑refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit holds your date and time and is applied toward your final service total. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit. Pricing & Walkthrough: All listed prices are deposit amounts only, not the full cost of service. Final pricing is based on home size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, overall condition, and any add‑ons requested. Your total will be confirmed after a walkthrough and agreed upon before service begins. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice requires a new deposit. Cancellations: All deposits are non‑refundable. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. This policy protects our time and scheduling as a small business. No‑Show Policy: If we arrive and cannot access the home, or if the client is not present (when required), this is considered a no‑show. No‑shows result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment before rebooking. Home Condition Requirements: Please ensure the home is free of excessive clutter so our team can clean efficiently and safely. If the home requires more time due to clutter, heavy buildup, or conditions not disclosed during booking, additional charges will apply or the appointment may be rescheduled. Safety & Access: Clients must provide safe access to the home at the scheduled time. We do not move heavy furniture, handle hazardous materials, or clean areas that pose safety risks. Pets: Pets must be secured during the cleaning for their safety and ours. Homes with significant pet hair or pet‑related mess may incur an additional fee. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you notice anything missed, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re‑clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to conditions outside the agreed‑upon scope of work.
